Vocational training opportunities, knowledge and skill transfer, as well as the advancement of and call for independence are here all very important factors. Our projects make it possible for people achieve something on their own and to help themselves.

The Auerbach Foundation would like to see the projects they sponsor on a long-term basis. To achieve this the Foundation wants their project partners to develop their own perspectives that go way beyond the funding. That is where the network and experience of the Auerbach Foundation comes in.

The Auerbach Foundation puts people first. In this sense they sponsor and support with a targeted focus. The Foundation complements services that come from other areas, for instance the state, the municipalities, health insurance funds or the basic services of other project partners. It always has an eye open for what’s necessary and what could be useful.
